Last week we had a new batch of the most valued cryptocurrencies. Some more modest than others and many cryptocurrencies had sustainable growth.
Now we end up March, and despite the negative record that the crypto world has been subject to, this month ends up well for most coins.
The following list of the top 5 cryptos, takes into consideration the percentual prices registered at the time of the writing. Also, only the TOP 20 of CoinMarketCap are considered.
Let’s take a look at them:
Binance Coin (BNB)
The first on the list was BNB, which briefly lost its place in the Top 3. However, it closed the week with an appreciation of 3.57%, and its price was quoted at US$267.37.
BNB’s market value reached over US$41billion, putting it back in 3rd position.
XRP
Seen with optimism by many analysts, XRP ended the month with a great performance. This week it has risen 9.84% and its price closed at US$0.55.
XRP’s market value reached US$24.76 billion, which maintained it with the 7th position in the list.
Klatyn (KLAY)
KLAY was yet another stranger to join our list, and its 15% appreciation was enough to take it to the podium of the week. KLAY’s price closed at $3,48, while its market value reached US$8.75 billion. With that, KLAY reached the 15th position.
THETA
Present in the last two lists, THETA once again strengthened its rise. This time the valuation was 46%, which led its price to reach US$12.83. THETA’s market value closed the period at US$12.32 billion, which led it to the Top 10 for the first time, in 9th place.
Filecoin (FIL)
Leader of the previous week, FIL returned to have an expressive appreciation. With 56.12%, it surpassed the previous high and its price reached US$127.49. The market value closed the period at US$7.79 billion, occupying the 16th position.
